CVS has asked us at Razorfish to push the status quo, simplify the current experience, and include monetization and personalization opportunities. CVS.com played a major role during the pandemic, and grew significantly. However, conversion and revenue growth have not been on par with the traffic site increase. We vastly simplified the whole experience by curating products and offers, and by creating a best in class ecommerce that feels more authentic. As a final result, we delivers a full redesign website with a robust design system + playbook to empower the CVS team to manage and take the baton for the future evolutions of the CVS digital experience.
